The Absalon Church located in the city area Vesterbro started in August 2015. The idea was to provide the framework for social companionship between the locals but also people coming from outside Vesterbro. The place no longer functions as a church, the extension of your own living room would be more accurate to say - friends, music, game nights and coffee are only few of the many activities taking place in the surroundings of the old church and if you are willing to spend 50 Dkr. you can join a yoga/dance class or spend the evening at the delicious communal eating hosted every day 18 PM.

The Absalon Church wants to create the surroundings for exactly that.
